My First Blog

In science usually I like the section on stars and galaxies the most, but this year we didn't do much on that section so my favorite would probably be the one we're doing now, genetics. In my perspective it's kind of fun to know where you get your genes from, how you have one thing from one parent and one from another, and how you may have something that both of your parents don't have. In class we also did some fun labs with this section like the marshmallows and toothpicks we made into a chromosome. Which we got to eat at the end of class doubling how much fun it was. Then the other lab I guess was a little bit fun being able to design our pet children and draw the parents. My favorite part, though, was definitely the test. The test was only 13 questions long and definitely a break from the other sections.
